Build your brand before your product, or launch first and reveal yourself later?
... important. Many early founders do not think about ownership later. Comment from Mickael Chiron(@hivin): Good point, personal brand helps early traction, but it can also bias feedback and hide product flaws. Maybe the real question is less brand
vs
product and more how to get honest users early without distortion. Have you seen cases where strong founder visibility actually blocked real feedback? Comment from Roy Kek(@roy_kek): Why not both ? Build in public and launch it. Having ... ... doesn t need a savior complex Comment from B ra eker(@busra_seker1): @tonyspiro Attention can bring the first users but the product still has to earn trust after that. We spent 6 months building for enterprise. Nobody bought it.
... thought we knew We assumed enterprise customers wanted the same things as our small business users, just more of it. More security. More control. More features. We never talked to them. We read blog posts. We looked at

SpeakUp
In any workflow connected to people, communication, and trust, the missing layer is often not functionality - it s nuance. Really strong direction. If you can make voice cloning feel less like playback and more like presence, that s a meaningful ...

How do you decide what features should be free and what should be paid?
... keep asking myself: if i put this behind a paywall, am i pricing out the exact person who needs it most? the way i've been thinking about it is whether a feature helps someone understand their situation
vs
. helps them take action on it. the understanding layer should probably be free. that's where trust gets built. the deeper tools that require ongoing support or sustained engagement can come later once the person is in it and sees value ... ... works under the hood. So for us, free has to remove friction completely. It has to let them solve the problem right away without thinking too much. If they hit limits too early, they ll just leave for a
