Our current workforce models are outdated and must move from a profit focus to a people focus – putting the person front and center. And work will become more and more flexible. Freelancers have to market and sell ones skills, and create again and again their profile. Filling in forms at platforms with education, skills and portfolio and not in the best possible way and have to collect (not interchangeable) recommendations on all the different platforms. We believe that creating one place for the best digital self, will help in finding more and better jobs.
