This is my first submission to Producthunt. It's not a tech product, and it is not some hack that can help you make millions. It's a simple "No Non-sense" diet plan that doesn't do these. 1. It doesn't contain any special details, 2. It doesn't tell you about a magic superfood. 3. It cannot help you to look like THOR. It can make your clutter-free from all the plans floating around the internet via influencers, you tubers, and the fitness app. Tracking nutritional value, uploading progress photos, sharing on social media, and making choices of foods we might not eat on a given sunny day are some of the cons of information overload. This diet plan is simple, easy, and frictionless to follow. It doesn't promise magic and will not force you to go out of your way. Just be consistent and keep it simple, change will follow.
