Hey Product Hunt! šŸ‘‹ I'm Roma, solo founder of Accordio. Last year we hit #6 here with an AI contracts tool. Then Claude got good enough to write the contract itself. What it still can't do: see your hours, know what a client owes you, hand them a signing link, notice the invoice got paid. So we built those tools and plugged them into Claude. šŸ”Œ Ask Claude like you'd ask an assistant: "What did I work on today?" → 6h 24m, tracked from the menu bar. No timer pressed. "How much has Acme not paid me?" → $4,425, 29.5 unbilled hours, nothing overdue. "Draft the invoice." → INV-0042 drafted from those hours. You press send. "Send Sarah the contract." → your terms, signing link out, invoice created when she signs. Now imagine Claude is closed. Send Accordio a voice note on WhatsApp: "New contract for Sarah, brand redesign, $4,800, six weeks." Contract drafted, link sent, and Claude knows about it next time you ask. āœ… What makes Accordio different: šŸ”Œ One MCP URL, 30 tools, free. Works in Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, anything that takes MCP. šŸ“ It measures, it doesn't ask. The open-source tracker files hours to clients on its own. šŸ’¬ Works when Claude is closed. WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack. Same memory both sides. āœļø Claude drafts, you send. Every draft opens in Accordio for you to check. Free to track and ask. Legend ($39/mo) drafts the money documents. I'm one person in Budapest, self-funded, and I'll answer every question here today. 14-day trial, no credit card → accordio.ai/mcp

This is very convenient for people who have a lot at hand, especially the ones who are leading smaller teams and have bigger responsibilities. How is security/confidentiality ensured, though?

Ā Good question, and the honest short version: Claude only sees what you connect, and it can't act.

The connector is a scoped OAuth grant. You approve it once, revoke it any time from Accordio, and Claude gets read tools plus drafting. No send, no sign, no delete. Every draft opens in Accordio for you to check before anything reaches a client.

Your data stays in your Accordio account (Postgres, row-level security on every table), not inside Claude. Signing and payment pages are tokenized links that expire.
