Agent Identity - Give every AI agent real identities, inboxes, and a phone

AI agents are starting to access APIs, databases, SaaS tools, and other agents but most identity infrastructure wasn't built for them. Agent Identity gives every agent a persistent identity, credentials, permissions, and an audit trail, so developers can control what their agents can access and what they do. Built for developers building real agentic systems.

Hey everyone 👋 I’m Naol, the person behind Agent Identity. I started building this because I kept running into the same question while working with AI agents: What exactly is this agent, and what is it actually allowed to do? An API key can give an agent access to something, but it doesn't really give you a proper identity, permissions model, or clear history of what that agent has done. So I started building Agent Identity around that problem. Today it gives agents: → persistent identity → scoped credentials → permissions and authorization → agent-to-agent communication → auditability The product is live, and I'm still very early. I'm launching on Product Hunt because I want developers who are actually building agents to try it and tell me where this is useful, where it's overkill, and what's missing. If you're building AI agents, I'd genuinely love to hear what you're using today for identity and access control. And if something doesn't make sense, please tell me. That's probably more useful to me than a compliment lol

Looks like a great too, congratulations with launching!

Could you please explain how the email, phone and SMS capabilities work? I couldn't find pricing or supported providers that I might need to connect.

The idea is that an agent gets its own identity and can operate through email, phone, SMS, iMessage, and agent2agent communication.

We're making the provider layer simple so developers don't have to build the communication infrastructure themselves. We're still finalizing pricing and integrations.

Which providers do you use or need support for? I can also show you a quick demo if you have 15 minutes sometime.

thanks for a quick reply. Oh, ok, so regardless of cloud or self-host, you offer the email-sms-phone service? (provider question was just a guess that maybe to have sms capability I need to provide some API key)

For now, it's cloud-hosted, so you don't need to manage the communication infrastructure yourself and you dont need to bring api keys. The goal is to give an agent the identity and communication capabilities it needs without having to wire up each provider separately.
