I built Anti-Habit after realizing something simple: Most habits don’t fail because people are lazy. They fail because real life gets in the way. Long days. Low energy. Unexpected stuff. That’s where most systems break. So instead of trying to be more disciplined, I changed the system. Anti-Habit is built around one idea: When you can’t do the full habit, you do the minimum version. Not to lower the standard, but to keep the habit alive. Because once a habit disappears, it’s much harder to restart. How do you usually handle days like that?
