Antifragile: Things That Gain from Disorder - Nassim Taleb's concluding book to his randomness trilogy

I love this book. I am still not done reading it because I stop and reflect, just like with Fooled by Randomness and Black Swan. For anyone interested in finance but also building products, I think his way of looking at "randomness" as a factor is unique.

I love this book too! It gives different perspective on approach to life. It is even more interesting than Black Swan, which is a fantastic book.
