I’m building a freelancing tool — what would you want it to do really well?

I’ve been working on Ativium Freelancing, and the more I talk to freelancers, the more I realize everyone’s workflow is different.

So I’m curious:
If you could shape a new freelancing tool from scratch, what’s the core thing you’d want it to nail perfectly?
Projects? Payments? Client communication? Analytics?
