Atlassian Team Playbook - Our no-bullshit guide to unlocking your teams potential

Hey PH 👋 I came across the Atlassian playbook earlier this week whilst I was researching team exercises to help us with some problem solving, and wow did it help! We are a fully distributed team, and these plays, coupled with Miro, have completely changed how we collaborate as a team on everything from problem solving to customer journey mapping to incident response. Whilst some of the plays seem to be targeted at larger companies, I'd definitely recommend all early stage startup founders to check this out, I believe these activities are a brilliant way to bring the team together in your pursuit of PMF.
