Hi Product Hunt 👋

A site visit used to mean a tape measure, a notepad and an evening of drawing plans, calculating and writing reports. Auto-Immo turns one visit into the whole file: scan the rooms with your iPhone or iPad (LiDAR), or draw the plan, and you get the floor plan, a 3D model, net measurements and everything you send your client.


Version 2.2 is out, and it's our biggest update yet:


🏠 The whole house: stack your floors into one building; every outside wall is measured, gross and net m² per facade.


🛋️ Furnish and finish in 3D: 180 elements in real colours and materials. Move, turn and resize anything, or type an exact measurement; change a wall and your plan and measurements follow.


💡 Lights on: walk through at eye height and switch the lights on. Every lamp you placed lights the room.


⚡ Electrical plans for electricians: place sockets, switches and lights in 2D or 3D, let the app propose the circuits, and get the single-line diagram and situation plan as a PDF, with the main AREI rules checked as you go (Belgium).


📸 Your own 360° camera: Insta360 or Ricoh Theta, the photo straight onto your plan.


🔗 Share with your client: one read-only link, nothing to install.


✏️ And more: draw a room without a scan, annotations on every picture, an Excel measurement sheet, and iPhone Duo.


Who it's for: estate agents (a listing-ready file with property data), painters and renovators (quotes from net wall areas), electricians (diagrams), and anyone who measures homes for a living.

Pricing: there's a free plan, and you can try Professional free for 7 days in the app. Auto-Immo runs on iPhone and iPad (scanning needs LiDAR, drawing doesn't) and on the Mac.
