UX Project Checklist is simple tool to keep in mind what you want to consider from a UX point of view while working on a project in an ongoing organisation.

That's why you won't find there anything specific around personas, journey maps or design style guides; because these are all topics that should be already being covered in your organisation.

It is a good checklist for UX professionals, as well as a tool to introduce

the UX project scope to people/leaders, as normally in a traditional industry

UX equals to UI equals to beautiful icons and effects on interface.

Pros:

Good reference to quickly get an overview on possible task to dos

Cons:

Foucs on checklist item itself is good, so no cons for now
