πŸ‘‹ Hiya, Product Hunt! I'm Andrea, Content Marketing Manager at Baremetrics. We've launched on PH a bunch of times over the years, and this one is especially exciting. It's been one of our most requested features, and it's finally here. πŸ‘€ TLDR: Your Stripe revenue metrics now live inside HubSpot. Baremetrics sits on top of Stripe and turns raw billing data into the metrics that actually matter: MRR, LTV, churn trends, cohort analysis, and more. But that data always lived in a separate tab from your CRM... well, until now. With the native HubSpot integration, every contact automatically gets: - MRR - LTV - Plan name & status - HubSpot fields (lead source, deal owner, lifecycle stage, custom fields) back into Baremetrics It takes under five minutes to connect and is available on every Baremetrics plan. (Even our free 14-day trial.) Already a customer? Head to Settings β†’ Integrations β†’ HubSpot. Excited to hear what you think! We'll be in the comments all day. – Andrea and the Baremetrics Team

Can the synced data be used to trigger HubSpot workflows and sequences, or is it read-only from HubSpot's perspective?

Andrea Del Angel

@andrew_uxpinΒ Yes 100%. Because Baremetrics data syncs in as native HubSpot contact properties, you can use them to trigger workflows just like any other field. For example, you could set up a workflow that triggers an upsell email when MRR crosses a threshold.

Andrew Martin

@adelangelΒ awesome - cant wait to check it out.

Andrea Del Angel

@andrew_uxpin Excited to hear what you think! 🀩

Nat Lasica

Nice! Does it trigger HubSpot workflows, or is it purely a data sync?

Andrea Del Angel

@nat_lasica It's a full data sync, which means workflows work too. Baremetrics properties show up in HubSpot just like any native field, so you can build on top of them however you'd like. What kind of workflow were you thinking about?

Nat Lasica

@adelangelΒ got it! that's cool. I was thinking about retention emails on MRR drops

Natalia Ε»ak

The HubSpot integration makes sense; does it sync in real time or on a schedule?

Andrea Del Angel

@natalia_zak The sync runs every two hours, both ways! It's fully automatic once connected, so there's nothing to trigger or maintain on your end. What were you hoping to use it for? I'd love to know if the cadence works for your workflow. 🀩

Sriya Vipin

Yessss. This is the kind of integration that makes the whole stack smarter without adding another tool to manage.

Andrea Del Angel

@sriya_vipinΒ Exactly our thoughts! Thank you so much for supporting the launch.

Stan Kolotinskiy

As a small B2B SaaS team we're always looking for ways to cut the manual ops work and keep our reps focused on actual selling. Connecting HubSpot to real subscription data is a no-brainer.

Mako

What's the sync frequency β€” real time, near real time, or scheduled batches?

Robert Hilscher

Running a subscription business means your CRM and your revenue data are always slightly out of sync and it's always someone's manual job to reconcile them. This is the kind of integration that easily saves hours of manual work every week. Congrats on the launch!
