What does your ideal focus session look like?

Hey everyone, I'm Gjin, I built Breaks, a free menu bar Pomodoro for macOS.

Before launch I wanted to ask the people who actually care about this stuff: what does a good focus session look like for you?

I'm curious because everyone I've talked to has a slightly different system. Some people do strict 25/5, some do longer blocks, some ignore breaks entirely. I built Breaks around the classic Pomodoro but made the durations fully customizable for this reason.

If you've tried other timers and moved on, what was missing? I'm still actively building this and want to make sure the next version solves real problems.
