Hi Product Hunt!
I’m Bathilde, a remote iOS developer 🍎, and I built BreathInU because I truly believe that mental and physical health matter and that everyone deserves simple ways to take care of themselves, even while working at a desk.
For the past four years of remote work, I realized I needed exercises that were easy to do anywhere, that actually helped me feel better, and that could fit into a busy day. The exercises in BreathInU are the ones I’ve used every day and I wanted to share them so others could benefit too.
Here is what you can do with it

- Eye exercises to relieve strain and refresh your vision

There are also four guided flows for different times of the day, suggesting exercises for your morning, mid-day, evening, or night routine.
