Brewtime is trying to strike a balance between the enthusiast who wants to track everything and the more average weird coffee person. It is possible to track brews or beans or brews and beans together, it's up to the user what's helpful in their flow.
For some people, it's enough to add hot water to ground coffee beans and get some varying result.
However, as people progress in their coffee journey they might start weighing the amount of ground coffee in relation to the amount of water, and then, one might argue that it's a slippery slope. Bean type, bean roast, grind size, pouring phases, infusion phases, blooming and the list goes on.
I'm certain that this product needs a lot more work and would really appreciate feedback on making it better.
@nadir_seghir Hi thank you for your comment ! This is a good question. The account is simply there to assign your entries in the database to your identifier. Sure we can store data into an on device database, however if the device is lost or users want to log into several devices that solution wont work. Also with an off device database solution the app can be built into the website. Further with this type of solution all the data is stored in the cloud which means it the app will take up less space on your device.
@nadir_seghir Also, I do not require the email of the account to be a real email. You can use any spoof email or temporary email of your choosing. There are no verification steps and so forth.
Hope that clarifies!
