Digital Tools on Site: What Actually Works for Architects?

Hi, i am new here. I’ve spent a lot of time on site lately,taking photos, writing notes, marking up drawings.

Ιt’s always a bit messy. Photos get lost, notes end up in random apps, and sharing things with the team isn’t always smooth.

This is a real problem for me and my team, and it’s why I started building an app to solve it. But I know my experience isn’t unique, so I’d love to hear how others—especially from different professions—handle documentation and communication.
