Calendar Assistant - Your calendar, just ask: plan by chat, voice or photo
by•
Most calendar apps make you fill in forms. Calendar Assistant lets you just say it: “Lunch with Sara Friday at 1” and it’s in Google Calendar or Outlook.
What stands out:
- Snap a photo of an invitation or ticket: date, time and place are added
- Any language or dialect, Arabic and Derja included, right to left
- Move, recolor or plan your week in one sentence
- Several Google and Outlook accounts together
- Chrome extension, Windows app and phone.

The photo-to-event feature is clever. Can it read a whole school schedule or only one event per photo?
@amal_chebbi Thanks Amal! Yes, it’s not limited to one event. When the photo shows several events (a school letter, a timetable, a list of dates), it lists all of them and adds each one to your calendar. You can also be picky: “only the exams” or “put them in Family”.I’d love to hear how it does with your school’s schedule!
What’s next on the roadmap? Any plans for Apple Calendar or team calendars?
@mootaz_belhedi Thanks for asking, and for checking out Calendar Assistant! 🙌
Yes, Apple Calendar is planned. A lot of people use an iPhone alongside Google or Outlook, and I want everyone to manage all their calendars from one chat, whatever they use.
Team calendars are planned too. I’m still deciding what matters most for teams, so feedback like yours really helps. What would you use it for: finding a time that works for everyone, or one shared calendar for the whole team?
Is my calendar data stored anywhere, or does it just talk to Google directly?
@mayssem_chebbi Thanks for asking, It talks to Google and Outlook directly. Your events stay in your own calendar, and we don’t keep a copy. We only store your account basics, encrypted login tokens and your settings. Chats aren’t saved. Messages are processed by Google’s AI (Gemini), and our server is in Germany 🇩🇪
