Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I’m the maker of CardTie — thank you so much for checking it out today! We built CardTie because we kept running into the same frustration with traditional form tools. Once a form grows beyond a few questions, the logic gets buried inside dropdowns, conditions, and hidden settings. At some point, you can’t really see how the form works anymore. So we started asking a simple question: What if form logic could be visual? Instead of building forms line by line, CardTie lets you create cards on a canvas and connect them visually — like a whiteboard for building forms and logic flows. CardTie is designed for creators and anyone who builds complex forms. With CardTie you can: 1. Create forms using cards 2. Design branching logic visually 3. Use AI to generate questions and flows 4. Understand responses through the same visual structure This is still an early beta version, and launching on Product Hunt is a huge milestone for us.
