Hi PH folks! 👋 I'm John, and I built Chat.ie because I kept watching small businesses get stuck between two bad options: overpriced enterprise tools that charge per resolution, or basic chatbots that just frustrate visitors. The moment that really pushed me to build this was living through a poor UX with chatbots myself - e.g. requiring someone to actually sit and respond, which defeats the purpose when you're a small team - or offering canned responses that just didn't give the user the info they wanted. So I built what I needed: an AI agent that reads your website, learns your business, and just handles it. Not a chatbot with decision trees you have to spend a weekend building. An actual agent that understands context, follows procedures, captures leads, and knows when to hand off to a human. The thing I'm most proud of is the setup experience. You paste your URL, the wizard reads your site, and you're live in about 5 minutes. No training data to prepare, no conversation scripts to write. It just reads your pages and starts working. You can upload more info to improve the training if you want to. A few things I'd love feedback on: Pricing - I went with €16/seat/month on Pro (annual) with unlimited conversations and AI included. No per-resolution charges, no surprise bills. There's a really good free tier to get you started. How does that stack up in your view? The free tier - on that note, there's 250 conversations/month with full AI. Enough to genuinely try it, not just a teaser. Would that convince you to give it a go? Integrations - I built 10 native integrations (Google Calendar, HubSpot, Slack, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Calendly, etc.) as well as Zapier. How do you find this (detailed instructions for each integration, and a quick setup for people who know what they're doing)? What's missing? What do you love/hate about it? Hey! I am a maker myself, and also laucnhed on Alpha day. Was quite interested in supporting and pushing the other apps that have launched as well. I think this is a real pain point. AI right now has become very much the norm, but at the same time, poor chatbots are overpriced but not actually helpful. I think the concept of having one that understands everything is really helpful. Have you thought of having a starter tier and limiting the amount of chats someone has with it? Just so that people can test the waters a bit?
