I've spent 8 years building AI tools for content creators. One pattern I kept seeing: people use 5-6 disconnected tools to repurpose one video into clips, carousels, posts, subtitles, and thumbnails.

But before launch, I want to understand: what would actually make you switch from your current setup? Is it speed? Cost? Specific features you can't find anywhere? Quality of output?
