Do you use WHOOP, Oura, or just Apple Watch? Why?

I'm curious about this community's setup. I pay for WHOOP ($239/year) but realized my Apple Watch already collects most of the same raw data —

  • HRV, resting heart rate,

  • sleep stages,

  • blood oxygen.

What I was actually paying for was the analysis layer (strain score, recovery, sleep coaching), not the hardware.

Are you using WHOOP, Oura, Garmin, or just Apple Watch?

What keeps you paying (or not paying) for the premium wearables?
