when I started this project I did not expect it to habit forming.

The back story, After loosing my job in may last year, I had to quickly find a new source of revenue, and not i had a clean break I want to leave the electrical industry once and for all, (thats still a work in progress),

To get this change underway I jumped straight back into IT Google administration and DEV work in GAS & app sheet.

This was manageable in the beggining due to not a lot of work.

10 months later its getting busy and my days are getting harder to plan I mean every needs some love and planning a day to give every one that love can be a challange.

So i jumped straight into An AI sesssion to plan my day for me, It got me out of trouble for that day, but contexts was missing my it did not know what i want todo, what i had done and what poped up in the day.

Giving AI this info was time consuming, as i had to find it in all my apps to feed it to the AI.

So i set out to build my own personal day planing tool. including

-Mood tracking
-Journal
-Non negotiables
-Planning

Honestly this APP suppased what i set out to build and became to good to keep to my self.

What supprised me the Most.

Ive been using dayBrain personally for 2 weeks now and it was only yesterday I relised how it helped me form habits,

for years I have been doing two things inconsistently reading and exersice, and one thing was always a non starter writing,

so I put them in a nns ( non negotiables) daybrain asks me every morning where I would like them in my day and adds them as tasks. as most days go one thing leads to another and my nns still need doing.

when it comes to my evening review they are siting the unchecked. do I leave them having to physically tell dayBrain and myself, I did not do the things most important to me and put everything else first or do I get them done , and complete my evening review all boxes checked.

every time it has been the latter, it has help me form accountability for my day, my task aren't sat there in some todo list they are living part of my routine & my day,

when I started this project I did not expect it to habit forming.
