Building my first B2B product and really struggling with pricing.
The competitors in my space charge anywhere from $40 to $500/month. That's a huge range.
I'm trying to figure out where to position.
Questions:
1. How did you decide your initial price?
2. Did you start low and raise prices, or start higher?
3. Any regrets about pricing too low at launch?
4. For those competing with expensive enterprise tools: How did you position a cheaper alternative without looking "cheap"?
