My wife runs a website Design and Dev studio, she used to get client feedback over mail. Long and never ending threads where real feedback got lost due to mail conversation. At work I saw everybody painstakingly copying and pasting issues in live UI and create a Jira/Notion/Linear ticket on it. That was painful too. I saw common issue here and decided to build Echo which serves as a universal feedback/conversational layer on digital products.
