The hardest part of designing my first watch

Designing my first watch has been a huge learning experience — but the hardest part wasn’t the proportions or the materials… it was deciding what NOT to include.
Every time I added something (a more complex dial, extra textures, different colors), the watch lost the simplicity and balance I was aiming for.
In the end, I realized the challenge was to keep it clean without making it boring — and that balance took way more iterations than I expected.
