What file conversion do you wish "just worked" without sign-ups or watermarks?

Hi everyone 👋 I'm one of the makers of Filembly.

We built it after one too many "free" converters that hid the download behind a countdown, stamped a watermark on page one, or asked for an account after the upload.

Filembly is our attempt at the boring, honest version:

• Free, no account, no watermarks, no countdown timers

• Files are converted in memory and sent straight back. Nothing is stored or logged

• When a conversion has limits (like PDF → Word extracting text rather than exact layout), it tells you before you convert, not after

It currently handles PDF ↔ Word, JPG/PNG/WEBP in every direction, Excel ↔ CSV, plus merge, split, remove pages, image to PDF, compress and resize.

Now we're deciding what to build next, and we'd love your input:

1. Which conversion do you use most, and what annoys you about the tools you use today?

2. What should come next: HEIC → JPG (iPhone photos), PDF → JPG, or Compress PDF?

3. Have you tried Filembly? If a file came out wrong, please tell us. Those reports are the most useful thing we get.
