I’m Ali, the founder of FinMap.
I built FinMap because I was tired of finance apps showing me data but never giving me clarity. Tons of charts, zero answers. I wanted something where I could just ask:
“Where is my money actually going?” and get a straight answer.
We started with dashboards and quickly realized they weren’t the solution - conversation was. So FinMap evolved into a chat experience where AI explains your spending, highlights patterns, and helps you make better decisions without feeling overwhelming or preachy.
This is an early version and very much a work in progress. I’m actively listening, shipping fast, and would genuinely love:
