@konstantin_tikhaev You're right ,, that's the real wall. Same 10 mailboxes looping by month 2 = closed ring, ESPs see it. No argument there....That's exactly why federated pool mode is the roadmap, not a "nice to have." Self-hosted instances opt in to peer-route warmup mail between each other open network, real diversity, but you still control who's in your pool (no random bad actors, unlike shared SaaS networks).
Think of it as: the diversity of a shared network, the control of self-hosted, and you can audit every peer. Bad peers get voted out.
Until that ships, the honest answer: self-hosted is for warmup-to-maintenance, not infinite scaling. 14-30 day ramp → maintenance mode → start real outreach. If you need 50+ mailboxes warming forever, use a shared pool today and switch when federation lands.

@johirul_hoq_akash auditing peers manually keeps the pool clean. but it caps the netowrk size right back down. you end up trading the bad actor risk for the exact same diversity ceiling, so

So the actual design isn't manual. It's reputation-scored auto-routing:
Each peer has a live trust score based on bounce rate, spam-rescue rate, complaint rate, and engagement quality ..same telemetry the warmup engine already tracks. Routing is automatic but weighted by score. Bad peers get deprioritized, then dropped, without anyone auditing anything.
Net effect: open network that scales, with bad-actor suppression built into the routing math. No manual capping, no diversity ceiling. :))
