When things get too much, switch off phones, stick something on Spotify, put a screensaver on and play Flamenco cajon for about 10 minutes.

I set myself a daily reward, that could be something simple like 30 mins of playing games. "When i have completed these 5 items on my list i will play 30 minutes" Helps me complete those tasks efficiently and without procrastination.

Come one people. Just work, don't look for shortcuts or "tips"...

@ziggycrane It's lovely that you don't need or want assistance in rising above anxiety and distractions. However, many are attempting to work in a different environment without their usual teams and physical/digital resources, and often the work cannot be done in the same manner to which they are accustomed. Perhaps you might take a moment to appreciate why many others may greatly appreciate these excellent (and kindly offered) resources and suggestions? Professionally, my job is to help people who have difficulties maintaining organization and productivity; my entire profession is based on helping people achieve what is difficult to do on their own; it's not unexpected that in difficult times, people will need more advice on making things easier. The fact that so many here have advice to offer is a sign that we each have -- and need -- solutions other than merely powering through to "just work." Physically and psychologically, we are not robots.
