As a competitive powerlifter and someone passionate about fitness, I've started a personal project to stay in shape during quarantine. I would really love to have other creative fitness enthusiasts join the Gymless Workouts Facebook group and/or tag @gymlessworkouts on IG or Twitter with their own creative Gymless Workouts so I can share. **If this sounds like you, please contact me!** By engaging in this personal passion project, it has naturally evolved into a personal development project. The goals achieved by doing this: 1. I'll stay active while my gym is closed and help others do the same. 2. I am demonstrating how you can get a really good workout outside the gym and with or without traditional workout equipment. 3. Newbies are joining me and have requested beginner versions of the workouts I do. I'm serving as a sort of mentor accidentally, and love it. 4.
