Hi Makers :) I'm actively rolling out the beta of a new virtual group program for underestimated startup founders (People of Color, Women, LGBTQ+). My ASK: I’m looking for 10 underestimated startup founders before Monday October 7th for the beta version...high-touch and personalized to guarantee results. In my 10+ years of being a startup founder, I’ve learned that the only constant is our mental health. It impacts every part of our businesses from the culture to operations to hiring to sales. I’ve had 10 years to work on myself and past clients, at the same time, there are underestimated startup founders without my head start who are struggling with imposter syndrome, and/or mental, physical, and emotional exhaustion aka burnout...so I’m looking to change that. Several people have asked me to help them do what I did. For the longest time, I was head down grinding, but I'm ready. It's time to coach others on what works and what doesn't.. I know what's it like to start from scratch and try to figure things out on our own.
