Hi Makers! This thread is dedicated to you if you are:
(1) launching soon or recently launched
(2) looking for beta users
(3) asking for feedback on a landing page
First, start by helping out another maker. You can check out their launch, give their product a review or share a comment on their launch post.
Once you've helped someone else out, share your product link here and BE SPECIFIC about who your target audience is and how we can help. 😊

We are a social media travel startup that helps users curate better trip experiences based on posts from their friends, match with others travelers who are going to the same
destination or have similar trip interests. It’s also a platform for local businesses to share their offerings and help user have an authentic cultural experience.
Would appreciate any and all feedback.
@mayank_gandhi I enjoyed the landing page's layout. Its "journey" look matches the theme of the app. However, the above the fold image of the phone is not very powerful and leaves me wanting.
https://www.quirk.money/
Quirk is the first personal finance app that uses personality and psychometric testing to help young adults and professionals adopt better financial behaviours.
We're building out the app MVP currently, on the site we have available our money personality test which will ultimately become part of user on-boarding. It's scientifically validated and shows some personality dimensions and money attitudes.
Target audience is UK, 18-30, still learning about managing personal finances.
Report
@nikosmela I'd suggest leading with the value prop. The current onboarding flow is to go through a 25 question survey (unless you just preregister) which seems a bit cumbersome and will restrict your funnel. I have no doubts that personality + psychometric testing can help with financial behaviors, but this is probably something that people need to be convinced of over time *after* onboarding onto the product and seeing their own success.
Let me know if this feedback is helpful!
Thanks @stevie_j_huh!! Yeah, right now we wanted to drive "test taking" and provide some value in the way of the results but will soon change it to make it about the VP and the signup page. As far as the on-boarding, yeah ultimately the quiz will be part of it but we're planning to break it up into smaller bits so we don't lose anyone in the process of having to take 25 Qs. Thanks again for the feedback!
Hey! We are launching our product soon, and it's not another bootcamp. I am just trying to decide which tagline (under the product name) will be better for launch. Please choose the best option.
Fully supportive online bootcamp. No one's left behind.
This ain't your grandpa's bootcamp.
Student-focused online bootcamp for self-driven individuals.
Online Bootcamp by Russian Google.
Practice-oriented, job-landing online bootcamp.
Report
@shashkova_natalia i like the third one - given that it's a bootcamp, but if it's not it's a little tough to tell without more context.
Report
@shashkova_natalia Hi Shashkova, what do you mean by bootcamp? Fitness bootcamp? Code bootcamp?
@shashkova_natalia Can you says what's the idea? Hard to choose tag line without header first.

RtmpSling is a RTMP simulcast CLI tool. If you have the bandwidth, than you can simulcast to Twitch, Periscope, Youtube Live, etc. No monthly fee!! Works in Linux, macOS, and Windows.
Geared towards Live streamers that don't want to pay a monthly fee for a simulcast service.

@ashishs4 Nice landing page. Both the graphics and it was clear to me what the product was doing.

@mick_ver Thanks. Launching soon and see you as early subscriber

https://pullbucket.com/
Pullbucket is a browser extension for Chrome and Firefox that notifies you whenever your team members comment, approve, merge and decline pull requests.
Initially I developed this so I could merge my PR's after they were approved, but ended up using it everyday to follow my teams' moves.
If you use Bitbucket, check it out, any feedback is greatly appreciated! 🙂
Report
@opedromiranda Is this bitbucket specific? I'm kind of surprised this kind of integration isn't built in already.
Report
@stevie_j_huh hey Stevie!
Indeed, it is just for Bitbucket. And yes, there are multiple ways to get notified with activity on Bitbucket. Where I work, for example, we get notifications on Slack and email.
However, I originally developed this because I wanted to keep track of any activity on my pull requests during deep focus periods, when I tend to close all applications in order to reduce noise.
It also helps me spotting which PR's are still open across different projects so that's a plus :)
I'd love to hear feedback for my first product and first launch!
BestTime is a web (API) service that forecasts how busy a business (e.g. restaurant, gym, etc) will be at any given hour of the week. BestTime analyses the week, peak-, busy-, quiet hours, and provides live busyness. You can also easily compare business + easily create detailed dashboards for each business. I'm going to build more tools on top of the API.

I also could use some beta users!
Hi all, we just released a major update for Fluxo and we are looking for more users to try it - https://www.fluxo.ai
Fluxo is best financial modeling software for startups & SMBs. Instead of dealing with Excel spreadsheets, it has a web app that helps you create your model much faster, integrate with your accounting software, and generate delightful reports that can be shared with your investors, lenders, or board members.
You can sign up for free on our website and I can help you get started. Would love your feedback.
Report
@gumartucci the product looks pretty, but the explainer video at the beginning is suuuuuuper long. Also, I quit out of the FTUX flow, but afterwards realized I don't actually know what I was doing with it. Maybe add a help somewhere?
@stephen_wigginton Thanks for the feedback! We certainly have some work to do on the onboarding experience.

My target audience is small businesses(staffing agencies, law firms, accountants), and freelancers(software developers, graphic designers).
I'm looking for landing page critiques, and the best places to get in touch with decision makers at staffing agencies, as that's our initial target market.
Report
@stephen_wigginton I'd definitely agree that current solutions to payroll + benefits still needs a lot of work. For your landing page, I'd suggest starting off with *what* the product does so I can understand it immediately. Currently, it tells me *how* I benefit, but I think starting with *what* is probably better. I had to tab between your post as well as scroll down for a couple seconds to understand what the benefit is.
Hit my product with some much needed feedback if this is helpful and best of luck.
Report
@stevie_j_huh Thanks for the feedback! I thought the 3 blocks under the hero image made that clear, but I might need to update some of the copy to be more clear. Any other feedback would be greatly appreciated, though!
@stephen_wigginton@stevie_j_huh I have to agree. I was left not quite sure I knew what the page could do for me. Maybe it's because I'm not your target...
Report
@stevie_j_huh@benjamin_nau I'm definitely going to have to work on copy...I appreciate both of your feedback!
