Mine, is this one "Picking the right thing to work on is the most important element of productivity and usually almost ignored." from Sam Altman. I take the time each day to prioritize my tasks, meetings, etc.

With 2 toddlers on hand, I have to constantly juggle my work between professional life and personal life. I maintain a simple ToDo list on my phone (since phone is most accessible even when I am in kitchen). Whenever I remember any task to do or to be attended to (be it sending a product email or paying a bill), I simply add it to the list to reduce the load on my cognitive abilities so I can completely concentrate on the current task I am doing at that time.
Since I am working from home now, I have been taking a few showers a day. Time in the shower gives me lots of creativity and this change is enabling me to come up with more diverse ideas
i mark my calendar with no meetings block and snooze all notifications

Try to focus on one task at a time and stay focus, sometime I will hide my phone.

I pick TKO (Three Key Objectives) for every day. Do them first. Then figure out what to do next. Sometimes, I don't even get them done, but at least I know I was working on the most important things.
I am also a big fan of Calendly for Chrome !!! I used to hate wasting time trying to pick a time to meet with someone. The back and forth is murder. Calendly makes it so easy for both parties and it's all integrated with my Google Calendar and my Zoom account. So, it's automagical!
