Hi Hunters! Just launched Winhire - a place for startups to find and hire students/recent grads for short-term projects, gigs, or internships. Arrived on the idea after seeing multiple instances of internships/job offers getting cancelled due to Covid. I've thought of some use cases but would like to hear what kinda work (dev, content, design etc) you'd like to engage students in. Students have indicated an interest by joining the waitlist. @bhaargavkosuri I like the idea... one design suggestion would be to get those 2 primary action buttons higher on the page. Not that "above the fold" is always a realistic concept, but they should be way up there :) Nice work.

@hamish_blythe It looks a hard business model if you consider banks and credit card options etc. (I don't know much about UK market but many retailer etc. makes their own loyalty programes) I hope you can achieve - if you can I'm sure its gonna be profitble. but you will need to get in touch with clients via direct marketing.

You may want to update the copy at the top of the site though. it's not immediately clear what the product does / why I should care. ---------------------------------------------- USER SHOULD "GET IT" WITHIN 10 SECONDS ---------------------------------------------- I'm not 100% sure if I'm the target demo, but I have to say, going in cold, I was a bit confused. There are really 2 core things that the user should take away immediately when they first land on your site: 1) What do you claim to do 2) How do you do it Consider Slacks landing page. Their opening line: "Slack brings the team together, wherever you are" This clearly explains their "what". Slack brings teams together. Now consider their secondary line: "With all of your communication and tools in one place, remote teams will stay productive no matter where youโ€™re working from." This clearly explains their "how". Slack is a communication tool. Just my two cents! Overall it looks good though!

It's a platform dedicated to finding, sharing, rating and discussing the best links on the internet. Is that idea conveyed on the landing page? Has anyone wanted to find the most essential media in a subject vetted by real people in that domain?

@oznekenzo Hey! Congrats on the project! It's looking really cool. I think that the community will really drive the concept though, so I'd suggest launching ASAP! As of right now you're kind of competing with Google because the community isn't there yet... Cool idea overall though!
