We are running live chat platform that could be a good alternative to Intercom (white/black icon in the right corner of your screen) I would like you to give a feedback on our landing page "Alternative to Intercom". We know that for many small teams Intercom becomes not affordable when the customer base grows or after the early stage period. I felt like I was always lacking education around how to work well in a remote setting and with a remote team. So, with that I've started RemoteNewbie, https://remotenewbie.com RemoteNewbie is a passion project in the form of a newsletter, which I'm hoping to expand into a community of founders, employees, and makers who work remotely. Long-term would love to build a solution for the remote workspace, currently working on that.
