Hi makers! Working as a PM, I found very hard to collect, archive and get insights from audio and video support data. In the company I worked for, Audio (calls) represented around 80% of our insights. Added to that, customer interviews that was done by the design team and the product team, we did not know how to store it, and make sure the data can be use and reused properly by everyone. So I am working now on this idea.
