I'm for the first time venturing into the world of SaaS and would love some opinions and feedback on what sort of features and options people may find useful within the application. The idea of the project is to create a much lower cost platform for Sale Leads and Pipeline CRM. My question would be to anyone with sales experience what are the things you wish you had within your current system and what features do you find most useful? Some of the main features ill include below in-case anybody is interested but I'd love to hear you ideas and feedback. Current Features: - Kanban - Calendar - Lead, Deal & Estimation Management/Monitoring - Chat System - Invoicing, Products & Services, Contract Management. - Custom Configurations. Happy Monday Makers! I recently launched a product in the regenerative agriculture space and I am looking for input from any sustainability enthusiasts in the thread :). The product is called Terreplenish and the mission is to help farmers and gardeners restore their land from years of harmful agricultural processes by selling a live, chemical-free blend of soil regenerating microbes that captures the naturally occurring nutrients in the earth's atmosphere, ultimately creating a pathway for a sustainable ecosystem. In addition, Terreplenish is produced from recycled food scraps, diverting millions of tons of food waste from landfills every year. Regenerative from start to finish! We launched the site last week - www.terreplenish.com and are currently testing the market to see whether there is a segment that is willing to spend more to improve crop quality and soil health by forgoing the cheaper, chemical heavy products that flood the market. Thank you @aaronoleary for this thread 🙌 Today, we've officially launched our new service called Fair Remote: https://www.producthunt.com/post... 🎉 It has been put together by a small team of two: me and my wife. We got tired of seeing "US Only", "UK Only", "In The Middle Of Nowhere Only" in a job description. Plus, seeing all the generic job descriptions that are thorough but don't necessarily say something about what to expect from the company got annoying as well. We wanted to offer at least a minimum of decency in the job descriptions for an applicant. That is: - allow hiring either from anywhere or restrict the applicants' pool to one or multiple continents - transparency about salary expectations (not necessarily a fixed amount, but a range of what to expect, so you don't go through 4-5 interviews just at the end to find out you're undervalued) - no. of interviews - encourage describing the interview process (what type of interviews they are, how they are structured — take-home assignment vs. live pairing session with the team, etc.) We consider this a good starting point for being more open towards applicants as a company and putting more effort into the hiring process beforehand. We wanted to fix this frustration for us first. If others resonate with these ideas, even better. We will work on improving things further. This is just the start where we wanted to test out the idea and throw it into the wild to see the reaction from people and so far it's been positive. We'll see if companies think the same way.
