I built Rumin https://getrumin.com/ to solve my own problem - to maintain and connect the dots in learnings from disparate resources (e.g. MOOCs, essays, e-Books on Kindle, educational videos on YouTube, Netflix documentaries). It adds a panel in devtools, Users can create mock or can mock an existing API through logs and alter the response, time, status.
