Hey everyone, we've just launched Narrandum (https://narrandum.com) on Product Hunt today. Slightly terrified to about that, but excited too! Narrandum is a fast, fun, unique tool for creating customer journeys. It was created to help designers and product owners to better understand their customers' needs, goals, hopes and fears. We're trying to bring elements of gaming and storytelling to a problem space that we think is really important, but until now has had only boring, unimaginative tools that really aren't much different to Post-Its on a wall. We know what we're doing isn't for everybody, and that we've got work to do to get it right, but we believe we've got something pretty interesting here. It's early days and there are bound to be bugs, so please let us know if you find any. And hey, if you like it, that would be good to know too! Have fun, looking forward to hearing from you.
