Just launched Volley(https://www.producthunt.com/post...), a free tool for designers and developers to collaborate on any website by adding comments. As a designer myself, I wanted to create an easy-to-use tool for fast feedback on webpage layouts, allowing for simple back-and-fourth between designers and developers.
