Are you an introvert or an extrovert? Does it help in your work?

I'm what you call a 'Social Moth'' I'm really introverted but I can party and socialise with the best of them. Having a sense of duality really helps because you can into the zone with development and isolate yourself but you can also make genuine social connections with ease.
