Building https://browser.cool - start your browser in a different country to avoid restrictions, e.g. by your provider or hotel. From tech-side I am able to manage it. But I need to learn so much about marketing and finding users to make my product a financial success. Maybe I should have done it the other way around: No implementation, just providing a landing page with a "get notified when we launch" and then first focus on finding an audience.

Hi, my team and I built Swayde, https://swayde.app. We actually launcher recently too. The main takeaway from the past year developing the product: Keep your teem engaged, give them a holistic view on all factors and functional areas of the project. Inform the technical people about user acquisition and feedback. Inform creative people on how much money we have left :). Make people understand that the areas they own are connected vessels.
