We're building a big-picture-focused project management tool in public. So far, we've mainly been discussing our philosophy choices. The actual design and development stuff will be coming soon: https://www.expectedbehavior.com...
The #1 takeaway so far is that sometimes you just get crickets. People don't normally take the time to email or have a conversation with you.

Making a cute series of passports to collect street art on a personal level with some fun. Being introverted, marketing is quite challenging. Also, the age gap, I find I’m farther behind technology and the curve is very steep and moves fast. All in all it’s a very enjoyable process, and tho it’s public, others opinions are mostly for understanding, not personal validation. Nice thread. Thank you everyone for sharing your insights.
Created and just launched www.virtualterms.com with our initial non-disclosure agreement (NDA) product. We've streamlined legal agreements to make them clearer, easier, and faster to create, review, and sign in one tool. One key lesson is that you have to make your product make easy intuitive sense to other people, not you. I essentially scrapped a prior version after coming to the realization that it tried to do too much, and while it made total sense to me having lived and breathed it, it was not going to be easy onboarding for a new user (so scaled it back for now and really focused on UI/UX design upfront).
