Best motivation for employees

The best motivation is always the right bonus. Assuming that work in the company is pleasant for every employee because the atmosphere in the company is the basis.

We have had so many ups and downs in our startup. All our employees had to make some major comprises on things ranging from work responsibilities to salaries to shifting cities. But motivated them to pull through the hard times was the mission we are working on. Everyone we have currently in the team deeply cares about mental health.

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as the best way to motivate employees will vary depending on the individual employees and their specific needs. No doubt higher salary is one the great motivation to the employees but mentally peaceful and health relaxation can't be ignored and I think If flexibility and work from home comes then it's the great motivation over higher salary or other things
