Burnout - Who is feeling it too?

by

I have been building, learning, searching, investing for the last 6 years, back to back, non-stop. I feel I have officially reached burnout. One week I am super into building and I code new things like crazy. And the next I just want to chill and go surfing lol. Do you go through a similar phase? How do you deal with the constant change of emotions?

Hi, Tasos, Over the years, I’ve consistently absorbed a huge amount of information, kept learning, and worked on projects — almost every day has been high-intensity. Most of the time, I genuinely enjoy and stay positive about the things I’m doing. I’ve chosen a path that’s relatively harder to walk, and I believe you have too. Whether it’s about fulfilling our own creative desires or chasing that slim chance of success, I think both are worthy of respect. There are nights when I get a bit carried away with my PS5 or Xbox, and honestly, I think that’s totally fine — that’s my way of finding balance or releasing stress. I believe everyone has their own ways. I really think you’re doing perfectly fine. It’s important to allow yourself some rest when you’re feeling burnt out, so you can recover in time before negativity takes over. Hope this helps you a little.

I am feeling that as well. I am working to build out productive panda shop at the moment too and it is not easy. We are selling merchandise to generate some revenue.

Instead of fighting the low-energy phases, I treat them as necessary recovery—just like athletes need rest days. I plan my work around natural energy peaks and give myself permission to step back when I need to recharge.
