do you guys struggle with bug reports when you launch?

In my experience the volume is smaller than you fear, but it arrives in the worst format: "it doesn't work" with no browser, no URL, no time. Two cheap things that helped me — put a single feedback link in the app footer that auto-attaches the page URL and user agent, and keep a scratch doc open on launch day where every report gets a one-line entry, so you can see the same bug reported six times instead of panicking about six bugs. Also decide beforehand what you will NOT fix that day; most reports are feature requests wearing a bug costume.
