Do you think the popularity of AI will continue?

by
I have seen an increase in the AI launches lately. Do you think this will fade or will we start seeing more of it?

I think the use of AI will continue to grow exponentially. what that means though is AI won't be the fucus or buzzword, it will just be something we take for granted.

Once people realize that growth in the AI field is NOT linear, then the hype will finally die down. It might seem like growth is linear or even exponential, but the last month was an anomaly. Before we discover an architecture better than the transformer (which will be a while), growth will be very logarithmic. Most work in the field will just be applying the transformer to real tasks and problems. I also project that the transformer, just like the internet, will see a hype bubble, pop, and come back.

Think it will be integrated into almost every facet of business and art! Even our predictions will fall far short of what's coming 🙈

To be frank, I don't think we've seen AI being that popular apart from the internet bubble that we all are! It will be more popular, I feel like we're at similar time when social media apps just started to become popular.

AI's popularity will only grow from here! We'll soon have robots delivering pizzas and self-driving shoes that take us to work. The possibilities are endless🤖🚀

I think even though AI is being talked about a lot, its adoption at workplaces hasn't started much. The adoption will only increase with time. I think AI is going to be as prevalent as eCommerce is, in the next 5 years.

I'm using it on a day-to-day basis and it's amazing how it improves my work. The problem is the random YouTubers/Influencers that make money not from AI, but from making videos about making quick money with AI. At some point, people realize that they actually have to work, and use AI, but it won't do everything automatically. And when it does become fully autonomous, it won't be easy to make quick money form it also.

A product adopting AI for no other reason than to ride the current wave of interest in the technology should be fine.
