For those who have launched their startup, what did your first week look like?

For us, the first week has always been the most exciting and definitely busy - listening/responding to everybody who messages, watching their journey on fullstory, tracking conversions, making sure of a bug free platform and lastly follow-ups. Obviously, the launch has to be good and well planned for this.
