To create responses that sound like humans we use OpenAI engine along with ChatGPT. We take data from customers through the OpenAI system and store it in a database. This data can be retrieved later when an AI operator needs it. When AI operator encounters an unknown question, it requests an answer from the business either through email or on the platform's interface, learns from this new information and expands its knowledge bank. Currently, our competitors do not provide this ongoing training feature. With YoChats, our customers can train AI support operators in seconds, which is much faster than using human support managers.
