What tools or services are you using, or have you created your own? How have they impacted your day-to-day life? They are helpful in handling my email inbox for me, but I'm focused on what the highest leverage uses are for my personal situation and code is by far the top.
I put 500 million tokens through my coding agent last month, and believe I'll double that usage soon.
Right now my inbox is handled by a multi-agent n8n setup, but I'm still waiting for someone to build a more capable general agent for personal errands/scheduling.

For me, I mostly use them to brainstorm or edit copy. Very occasionally I'll use them to aid in debugging.
I’ve been using AI agents mainly for research and admin — one keeps me updated with industry digests every morning, another handles CRM cleanup and follow-ups. Biggest win has been freeing up mental bandwidth for decision-making. We’re also building AI agents into Growstack to help founders automate routine ops, so it’s exciting to see how others are applying them in daily life.
